In this episode, two black women discuss why they struggle with interracial relationships. Trigger Warning: It may seem like we are coming for people in interracial relationships, but that is not the case at all. In fact, we support love no matter who it is with, but this type of relationship specifically brings up a lot of feelings/thoughts for lolopreston and I. Listen to find out what those are.

On this week's episode we are discussing Critical Race Theory in Schools. There is often confusion on what Critical Race Theory (CRT) is and what it would mean for schools. Is CRT correlated to other terms, like “anti-racism” and “social justice,” with which it is often conflated? Or is this the latest ploy in divisive media? Listen to the conversation I have with an educator friend on what CRT means based on our perspectives in school and the long term impact it can have. Our Guest’s Bio: Chase-Mitchell, native New Yorker and Classroom Culture co-founder, has worked in the nonprofit sector under the education umbrella in the capacity of director of programs and has taught middle school English for ten years in Northern Virginia. On this week's episode we are discussing relational intelligence with one of my best friends Jazzmyne Evans. Last summer we book clubbed Relational Intelligence by Dr. Dharius Daniels. This book changed my perspective on how I view the people in my life and who I am intentionally doing life with. I can honestly say this book changed my life, no cap! Jazzy and I also share a big life move we have in the work! Our Guest's Bio: Jazzmyne is a 25 year old graduate student who is pursuing a career in social work. She refused to give Mia a bio so Mia has decided to share the reason why I love doing life with Jazzmyne. Jazzy J is that friend who keeps it real and is always down to try new things (within her capacity). She is known for reciting the latest TikToks and befriending all the older people in the room.
